sized up to get the low rise.

This denim is perfect when you know how to wear it. The item I sized up in so that it would be as pictured. I went from my regular 28 to a 29. I also tried on sizes 27 and 28 and when worn those still indeed fit but fit as a high rise. These are meant to be low slung so those who want that fit need to adjust up to achieve it. Low slung means item hangs lower from waist to below zipper - it’s not a typical low rise which gets rid of that length between waist and zipper - hope that helps!

Incorrect listing

Despite the title saying low waist and the description indicating a zip fly, these jeans have a high waist and button fly and are called “Billie Relaxed Straight.” I can’t even find the jeans mentioned in this listing on the AG website which is sad because I really wanted what was described, not what came.

definitely not low slung waist

I really like these jeans and the fit, but they are definitely a higher rise. They are not low at all. I still like them, but if you are wanting a low waisted or lower rise jean, these are not it.

Awesome Pair of Jeans!

I love these jeans! They have a really nice fit. If you do not want them baggie in the crotch area, size down. I’m 5’9 and ~128#, and usually wear a 27. I had to size down to 25 so they fit properly.

Way too big

I am a true 28 and ordered a 28 and these easily fit like a 31. They didn't even come close to being wearable.
