Kay Water Resistant Down Coat with Genuine Shearling Trim

I tried this on in the store. When I put it on and zipped the inner zipper, it fit so nicely and was beautiful. Then I zipped the offset outer zipper and it was pulling on the waist. Low and behold, look at the picture of the model! Same thing and she's probably an XS. Either the zipper should be in the center, or there should be an adjustable belt.

The quality is amazing I love my new coat

This coat is amazing. Warm; comfy and super flattering with deep fleece lined zip pockets and double outer zipper for comfort while sitting down. The length on my 5'5" frame is perfect for cold winters as it reaches down to right above my knee (the model pictured must be very tall). It protects my lower back and butt while sitting down on a cold surface. However, there is one significant issue with these coats. You don't know which fur trim you are going to end up with so you are basically taking chances with it. Some come with soft luxurious and full shearling trim while others come with (same according to the label) coarse and flat fur that feels fake and cheap. A very strange quality control issue IMO. Especially in this price range. I returned one due to size issue and low quality trim. Got another one in better fitting size and better fur but not as nice as the Adali model I also ordered to try. That one had the best most luxurious fur but unfortunately was too large and too short on me. Keep that in mind.
