I’m very disappointed with my recent purchase from Nordstrom. The dress I ordered is beautiful, but it was clearly used and stained. I felt awful wearing it because I never expected this from Nordstrom. This is not the first time it has happened, which makes it even more frustrating. Sending out used items as NEW is completely unacceptable for a store of this reputation. I hope Nordstrom addresses this issue, because customers deserve better quality and trust when shopping.

Perfect Wedding Guest Dress
I wore this dress to a wedding and it was perfect! I’m 5’3” and wore heels and it barely touched the floor so it’s a perfect length even if you’re shorter. The material doesn’t wrinkle too much, just went over it with a steamer before putting it on. You can’t really wear a bra with it though so prepare for an alternative. Overall, I loved it!
