Wonderful. product, terrible packaging
I love everything about this hand wash, it looks lovely in my powder room, and the fragrance is enticing. However, this is my second attempt, having returned the item once, to get a pump that works. The pump that delivers the soap is very difficult to use, often gets stuck, and makes using the product a challenge. I'm not sure why this is happening, but I experienced this with two different bottles.

Wonderful. product, terrible packaging

Smells lovely, but shipped badly- leaked
And I cannot return since the event I purchased for is this weekend. I order three items in this purchase, the matching lotion came in a separate package- twice the size of a shoe box. This one was crammed into a box barely large enough to contain it. Nordstrom...love ya, but get it together.
