unbelievable
Super disappointed in this otherwise gorgeous and comfortable pump. The strap is about 1cm too long even on the last hole. How is a shoe that is almost $1K get something like this wrong. This size is just fine, but even while standing, the strap is y secured to the back of my heel. I could never walk in this without it coming off my foot entirely.
