Big disappointment

I’m not sure what has happened with the shoe company, but I had another version of the shoe two years ago and they are wonderful so comfortable. This version is terrible. This seems along the top of your feet. It completely lacks all cushion and support it killed my feet after a day at work and if you’ve worn them, they don’t take them back so they don’t really guarantee comfort watch out of fear that their quality is dropping

Box toe doesn’t fit as well as other flat. too long

While I loved my first flat and it was perfectly sized (8)the square toe flat was too long.
