How to use: Diffuse the oil in a home diffuser or add 10 drops to your shower in the morning.
Pro tips: Keep a bottle in your shower, put five drops in your hands and rub your hands together briskly and take four deep breaths. You can also use it to make a tub cleaner, which utilizes eucalyptus's antimicrobial and antibacterial benefits. Mix 20 drops of the essential oil, 1/2 cup of baking soda and one cup of white vinegar into a measuring cup and pour it into your bathtub, scrub clean and rinse.
