Virtuosa Carry-On 21-Inch Hardside Expandable Luggage with Spinner Wheels

DO NOT ORDER!! I purchased this suitcase and returned it because it was too big. It was in perfect condition and my return was declined because it was said to be damaged. It was PERFECT condition. I called Nordstrom and they said nothing can be done because it has a different return policy since it is being sold by Luggage Online. I am so upset with Nordstrom. I do not receive the suitcase back (they said it was most likely recycled) or my money back. So I was just scammed of $190 that I don’t have to waste. I am SO upset with Nordstrom.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Carry-on that is perfectly sized for Southwest Airlines' generous 24 x 16 x 10 inch limit. However, because most other major U.S. airlines (like Delta, United, and American) enforce a smaller 22 x 14 x 9 inch standard, a "Southwest-only" bag often creates issues on other carriers. I purchased it, because I like to have matching pieces when I travel. Especially for work, makes you look more professional! I'm sure Samsonite makes something better, if I didn't need all the additional pieces that work together. Due to color will easily show dents and other imperfections, considering how airlines throw things around during loading and unloading processes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a Samsonite from 2010 that lasted until 2025. I purchased this one as a replacement. So far it is great. Smooth movement, easy lock, and lots of storage. Only problem is that the outer case was VERY easily scuffed when I lifted it into my car to take to the airport. It's been used once and it looks like it's been used multiple times.
