runs small

I generally am size 5.5 but I own four pair of the Vionic Merlot sandal and am a 5 in those. I purchased the 5 in this beautiful sandal but it is slightly smaller than the Merlot sandals. As I was wearing them around the house I could tell they would also end up hurting if I wore them for hours. The strap near the big toe dug a bit into my foot. As much as I wanted to love these shoes, I don’t want to take the chance I won’t wear them often due to pain.

Loved these.

So stylish and comfortable. They ran small. I almost always take a 7.5 in Vionic. My heel hung off the back. I returned but reordered an 8. Fingers crossed because these were really nice.
