Use only with wood or non abrasive utensils to avoid damaging the copper surface. Copper will clean up very easily. Your copper should be washed with non-abrasive products and sponges. With prolonged use the exterior will darken and you can clean it with any copper polish. Hand wash only. Not dishwasher and microwave safe.
