I chose this set in the green color, I had it shipped to my local Nordstrom and when I went in to pick it up, the ladies were blown away by how beautiful and expensive it looked and were talking about buying a set themselves. Very happy with this purchase.

The handles go up and slide back down, this is the worst quality I have ever bought. They refused the return because I didnt send it back in original packaging and claim it was demaged, yes that is the reason I returned it, because it is defective. Im not paying for a crap items if they are not up to my standards. I will dispute with my bank. This is a third party seller and not nordstrom, beware when you purchase from any third party. Had no idea they have their own return policy, I mean who doesn’t accept defective items? Why not exchange it for one thay would work? Crap company that sells crap but want top $$$

Disappointed
Unfortunately, as beautiful as they look, the handle didn’t stay up. So the whole time I was traveling the handle kept sliding down and my bag on top kept falling off. It was incredibly challenging and frustrating. They glide seamlessly but the handle was a disappointment. In the process of returning them but it’s tricky and I’m going to have to pay for some of it out of pocket.
