Not remotely outerwear, barely a sweater
I bought this thinking it would be outerwear for late fall type weather. When delivered it came in a tiny package and I thought there must have been some mistake, surely this isn't the heavy wool cape I purchased. No mistake - this is a thin sweater that would barely keep you warm in a chilly office, it's basically just an oversized scarf because it's not attached at the sides either. For this price it's going back immediately.
