Weekend V-Neck Cashmere Sweater

I have purchased a couple of these at full price from Nords every year for a few years. This year there was a noticeable slip in the quality. The two new sweaters both started piling almost immediately and the bottom ribbing stretched out. I dry clean only, by the way. The same sweaters I had bought two years earlier are both in much better shape as are the ones I bought one year ago. I would not buy them again until Vince fixes the quality issue or cuts the price. Cashmere at this price should last a few years still looking good. (And for the record, I am a Nordstrom card holder from 1987!)

Disappointed. Beautiful sweater, wore it 2 times and it's pilled terribly. Will be returning and so sad about that!

I have several Vince cashmere sweaters I invested in and every single one has pulled after a few wears. Over $1,000 for poor quality. What a shame. They look like cheap Target sweaters now. More skimpflation- high prices for low quality. What a shame.

I thought I was getting a High quality cashmere sweater for this price, but instead received a thin low quality sweater. One year later it has a hole in one of the sleeves. Do not recommend

First I purchased this in black. Then I bought it in gray. This slightly over-sized sweater has a v-neck that is not so deep that you absolutely need a tee or cami underneath and has that wonderfully soft cashmere feel against bare skin. Obviously, it works with jeans, but I also wear it successfully with boots and a skirt. It layers beautifully under my light-weight coat when I need a bit more warmth. I'm impressed with the quality: The knit is slightly firmer than cheaper cashmeres and pilling has be minimal. If it came in more colors I'd buy another!

Heavier weight than I anticipated, but lovely quality. I'm a solid 12 and tried both m and the l. Kept the l for a more casual fit. Could have gone either way.
