Convertible Cold Shoulder Cashmere Sweater

I was really looking forward to this sweater but iended up disappointed. The sweater did not look like the picture. The sweater length was not tunic length (stopped at waist) nor was the draping loose enough to go across the shoulder. On the positive, the material is well made and comfortable.

I bought this sweater when it first came out. It is not tunic length, which I understand from the other reviewers. However, it does drape beautifully and is very versatile. It runs rather large, so I take that into account in what bottoms I wear with it. I wear it off one shoulder. It's very slouchy. The cashmere is very soft and supple. Give it a try!

I was really looking forward to receiving this - but it was not at all like pictured. The length was not tunic-like at all. There is no drape to the neck line and the shoulder opening was barely a slit. Very disappointing.

I couldn't wait for this sweater to arrive. I'm a huge Vince fan, I feel they excel in sweaters and it is my go-to brand for many years now. This sweater did not live up to the quality and design and fit that I am accustomed to with Vince. The fabric was scratchy - I had to double check the label to make sure it was not a cashmere blend. To my surprise it says 100% cashmere but must be the cheapest cashmere out there as I've never had scratchy cashmere before. The sizing is way oversized, and the xs fits like a Medium. Vince is known to run large in sweaters so this wasn't a surprise to me. I can see why there may have been confusion about this being tunic length. Because on a petite 5'2" it certainly is lengthy. I love Vince sweaters for their originality and clever play on design / cut and this is a reason I bought this one. But the neckline is odd, i couldn't get it to look like it does on the photo and the cold-shoulder effect was a bit diminished. Not a keeper for me.
