Additional features: Aluminized steel resists rusts and corrosion better than carbon-steel bakeware while baking more evenly thanks to the impressive heat conductivity of aluminum. A reinforced, encapsulated steel frame wraps each baking-sheet rim for easy grip when moving the sheet in and out of the oven and reduces warping during cooking. The clear nonstick coating on both the interior and exterior surfaces provides for superior release and easier cleanup.

Compatible heat sources: Oven safe to 475º. Compatible with foil, parchment paper and silicone baking mats.
