Good pan. It heats evenly and it's easy to clean up. I wonder what the 5-ply is like and how they are different, so someday I may buy a 5 ply as well, but I'm very satisfied with this pan for everyday purposes

Commercial-Grade Frying Pan
This is a very nice Viking 3-ply stainless steel with aluminum to make it heat faster. It is kind of heavy, but very nice and will last a life time. Great price too.

Good Construction Perfect Size
Construction seems to be good. It seems very solid. We cook a lot of pasta in our home and so this pan is the perfect size for making the sauces, frying up veggies, and saucing up the pasta in the pan.
