Heels broke after wearing a few times

Purchased these boots for my daughter to wear on occasion at college. She really likes the boots and they are comfortable. However, one heel has broken and the other is coming apart. For the cost of the boots, the quality is not there. Disappointing! If you are looking for a sturdy, reliable dress boot, these boots are not it.
