What it does: The 13 fitness metrics it analyzes include body weight, body mass index, body fat, fat-free body weight, subcutaneous fat, visceral fat, body water, skeletal muscle, muscle mass, bone mass, protein, basal metabolism rate and metabolic age. It features high-tech auto-calibration and LED indicators.

How to use: Download the app then pair the scale with your phone. Measure and check your body analysis report. Do not use this device if you have a pacemaker, artificial lung or wear an ECG or any other internal medical device. Do not use if you're pregnant, on a slippery floor or if your body is wet.
