Valiant Print Silk Wide Leg Pants

Deeply sad to have to return these gorgeous pants but they are extremely long even on my five foot nine inch frame, and I would have to hem them by at least three inches which would ruin the design detail at the bottom of the legs. How poorly thought out to place the print so low on the legs, making it impossible to hem without cutting off the print. If they had started the print at knee or mid-thigh level, this wouldn’t be an issue. Simply no way to make these work. My first Zimmermann purchase. It won’t be my last but I’m not impressed by this lack of attention to detail for a designer piece. I will say that the fabric is divine. Every other aspect is fabulous but the inability to hem is a deal breaker.

Got these and the matching shirt for a wedding & it was perfect with a cashmere wrap!
