Small Rockstud Leather Shoulder Bag

5 stars on bag/5 stars on in person customer service/1 star on packaging and presentation. Beautiful bag! Happy with my second purchase not with the first. Disappointed with delivery and packaging through Nordstrom. The packaging on both occasions were very sad. When spending almost $3k on a bag and it's thrown into a clear plastic 'ready to ship' shipping bag and box as its delivery presentation was interesting. Didn't feel very luxurious. I received the first bag and the item looked used as if someone got some good use out of it and returned it. Leather was a little worn, metal was smudged with residue, and there was a deep scratch in the leather. I went return it and the sales associate was phenomenal in reordering me another. Big difference in the second bag. I could tell it was brand new and completely different from the first. Not sure why the chain is more silver in person vs the gold pictured. Delivery presentation could use a lot of work. Just makes a huge difference if you want a repeat customer vs me ordering directly from the brand.
