I ordered loafers from Vagabond and received some random Ugg boots. Instead of an exchange process, I had to go through filing a refund. In my refund, the "retail delivery fee" wasn't refunded until I filed a complaint. Overall, Nordstrom made a mistake and the burden of time and money fell on me. It was a horrible experience.

They arrived looking like they had already been returned. One of the shoes looked like it got shoe glue all over it while being made. Disappointed that this brand would allow shoes to go out like that and disappointed with Nordstrom for shipping things out like that. They did look like nice shoes other wise but don't know if I can feel confident rendering them after receiving them like that.

I was looking for a quality black loafer to add to my closet and I fell in love with these! I’ve purchased boots from Vegabond from a few seasons ago that are still holding up well! Now, I keep coming back to Vegabond for quality basics and they do not disappoint. There comes a time when you need to grow up and retire cheap Aldo shoes. Yes, these are pricey but the saying rings true, “You get what you pay for.” The first try on, they were tight feeling but after wearing them a couple times, I feel like they have loosened up more. I love these and they were exactly what I was looking for. A timeless classic that you can add to your wardrobe that will last multiple seasons! Worth every penny.
