First off, this cologne pops up when you search for women’s perfume. There is no indication within the listing itself that it’s not for women. I sent the link to my mom as a Christmas gift idea. She bought it and after I got it, I started googling reviews online (outside of Nordstrom) and found that several people mentioned this was a men’s scent and not for women. I had not opened the packaging at all, everything was intact including the original receipt. When I told my mom to return it she went to the Nordstrom store and they told her because it was over 90 days they could not return or exchange it whatsoever. Again, the cologne had not been opened and she had the receipt. She ended up calling the vendor directly and they told her there was nothing they could do and Nordstrom should accept the return since they sold the item through them. I am absolutely furious at Nordstrom and their lack of customer service in this matter. As a long standing customer and Ambassador credit card status holder, this was a mistake on the Nordstrom end and should be accepted back by them. I would have never asked anyone to purchase a men’s cologne for me. This listing came up under women’s perfume search and that’s generally how I find my new scents each year. Nordstrom should do better by their loyal customers. This is absolutely unacceptable. I will think twice before making future purchases. And if you’re looking for a women or men’s cologne, make sure you look elsewhere so you can make choices based on your preferred gender. Shame on you Nordstrom!
