Not the stated size
I was really hopeful as I am looking for a carryon spinner that is 20" high from floor to top of bag which is how airlines measure bags. The picture shows 20.3" from floor to top of bag. Unfortunately it is almost 23" from floor to top of bag. Sadly I will be returning the bag.
