Sutra: poor customer service
Purchased this as a replacement for a defective Infrared model that was sold out. Reached out to Sutra with questions about the “Ultraviolet safe heat technology” VS the infrared which were never answered. Sutra’s response was to try to upsell a $200 Samara. I question that this is any different than a standard dryer.
After I ordered from Nordstrom I saw that this dryer was on sale for $120 on both Sutra’s website and Amazon. Sutra refused to honor the price and I would not order from them directly due to poor customer service.
