What it is: A daily cleanser that's gentle enough for sensitive and blemish-prone skin.
What it does: The cleanser helps remove makeup, dirt and SPF, leaving skin soft and supple. The cleanser is nonstripping and pH-balanced to effectively cleanse the face and maintain the skin's natural acidity to keep sensitive skin happy. Its creamy lather leaves skin feeling soft and supple, not dry or tight.
Key ingredients:
- Aloe: a botanical that helps calm, soothe and nourish skin
- Allantoin: a soothing agent that calms skin
- Glycerin: a natural humectant that helps hydrate and smooth skin's appearance
How to use: Dampen the face and dispense a small portion of cleanser onto fingertips. Delicately massage into all zones of the face. Remove with a washcloth or a splash of water. It is recommended for daily use in the morning and at night.

My new "must have"
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve tried a lot of “gentle” cleansers that either don’t actually clean my skin or leave it feeling tight and uncomfortable after. This one somehow manages to do both jobs really well. The First Aid Beauty Ultra Gentle Cream-to-Foam Cleanser starts off creamy and turns into a soft, light foam that feels soothing instead of harsh. It easily removes my makeup, sunscreen, and the day’s buildup without me having to scrub or go in twice. My skin feels genuinely clean afterward, but never stripped. I have sensitive, blemish-prone skin, and this has been a great everyday cleanser for me. It’s pH balanced, so my face doesn’t feel dry, irritated, or “squeaky” like it does with some other washes. Instead, my skin feels soft, calm, and comfortable after every use. This has become a staple in my routine because it’s reliable, gentle, and effective. If you’re looking for a daily cleanser that actually respects sensitive skin while still getting the job done, this is definitely worth trying. 💯👌🏻

Please bring back the original formula. I just used the new one for the first time tonight and my face is itchy and red. I haven’t made any other changes to my skin care routine — just the new face wash formula tonight. It’s really disappointing to see FAB resort to paid influenster reviews… do you guys even care about the customers who have been using your products for years and years? Within a few months FAB has discontinued my holy grail soap bar and body lotion and now this…

AWFUL REFORMULATION!!! Bring back the original!
Terrible reformulation! It burns my face and makes my skin tight and red. I used the original for so many years with zero issues. Please refer back to original formula. FAB has been responding to reviews that highlight the difficulties with the new formula by saying that they’ve “thoughtfully streamlined the ingredients…with performance that is the same as the original formula…”. That is a bold faced lie. This new formula is very irritating and unusable.

New formula - no
I’ve purchased new bottle thinking it is the same product as previous cleanser but it is not even close. I have it a chance and wanted to love the new formula but it made me break out and my skin doesn’t react good to it. I wish you never replaced my favorite Pure skin cleanser. After years of use now I will have to find some other brand unfortunately. Sad

New formula is HORRIBLE
I have been buying the ORIGINAL formula for yeeeears. I have rosacea and it was so incredibly difficult to find a cleanser that worked without drying or irritate. The new formula is AWFUL, NOTHING like the old formula. I work at a wellness/doctors office and would often bring in my samples of the original cleanser to give to patients struggling with rosacea and other skin issues. Not only will I not buy this new formula again, I will not be recommending it either. I use ALL of your products. Pleeease do not change anything else.

The Only Cleanser That Worked for My Reactive Skin
I honestly cannot believe how much this cleanser changed my skin. My cheeks have always been my problem area. They were reactive, red, and impossible to repair no matter what I tried. Using this cleanser consistently is what finally allowed my skin barrier to heal. It almost feels like magic.
For the first time, my cheeks look calm, smooth, and healthy instead of irritated. I did not change a bunch of other products. This was the missing piece. If you have been stuck in a cycle of overreactive skin and nothing seems to work, this cleanser is absolutely worth trying. I am still shocked by how well it worked for me.
