Very pleased with jacket. Not so pleased with packaging. Sent folded in a plastic bag. Jacket totally wrinkled. Have purchased jackets from Nordstrom in the past and they were sent on hangers. Will try steaming to rectify.

It takes weeks to the item and there’s no way of tracking the order; It was a long wait to pick it up at the store. I had to order the item twice because it was returned automatically after only 5 business days. The form barely works and keeps glitching.
