The most comfortable boots ever
They are actually easier to style with than I thought, and they are sooo warm and comfortable! I usually wear 8.5 but size 8 fits perfectly.

I like Nordstroms. I do. I’ve purchased Uggs from them before and no problems. This purchase however had me scratching my head. Ordering was easy. Arrival was quicker than expected. Merchandise confused me because I expected new uggs but what I received looked like they came out of someone’s closet and got put in a box and sent to me. They where black and looked worn, scuffed, and faded. Usually when you get new Uggs they come with inserts and they’re wrapped a certain way ( I’ve purchased plenty of pairs to know) these were thrown in the box. Since things are hectic nowadays I gave Nordstrom the benefit of doubt and brushed it off as maybe I got a floor room pair. So I sent them back and ordered a new pair (with a very nice and pleasant representative). They sent me back the EXACT same pair in the same box wrapped the same way!!! I could not believe it! I was done. At this point I have to wait till they reopen and exchange for a NEW pair. I might just get a refund and get them from somewhere else. This experience was beyond ridiculous. I would’ve rather been told they were out of stock than to receive merchandise like that. I couldn’t give them to my daughter as a present she would’ve sworn I wore them.....smh

Quality gone downhill
The shearling on the Chestnut Classic Uggs is not the lush, thick quality that it used to be. The black pair I got 3 years ago has three times the shearling thickness. I returned and purchased Bearpaw brand for one third the price because it was the same quality. UGG, are you listening?

BAD quality
I don’t know who’s to blame for this, the quality of the Uggs is worse than ever. I’ve had Ugg’s for decades and this is the first time I see the worse quality. I don’t understand why Nordstrom allows for this cheap, bad quality products to be sold at their stores.
I have to say, lately lots (not all)of products sold at Nordstrom are bad quality.
I’m going to return this, I ordered another pair for my daughter gift wrapped for Xmas. I might have to return those too.
So disappointed I paid for good quality but this time none of that.

I am sending these back.. It is the 3rd pair this year I have had to send back. UGG is not making their boots like they used to. They are not soft ...they feel very cheap. It is sad to see such a great quality item go down the drain. No more uggs for me until they go back to the good quality of the past. They are NOT worth the price now....

I have 2 pairs of the Classic Short Ugg boots from previous years and these new “Classic II” boots I’m not a big fan off. They look fake and feel weird. They need to bring back the old material. I don’t know when they change them but when I got my like 10 years ago they were just PERFECT and not like these new ones “Classic II”
