Upper: Durable mesh keeps up with any activity at any intensity. TPU film cage provides flexible structure with minimized weight. Cushioned collar and tongue ensure distraction-free lockdown. TPU heel stabilizer increases support without increasing weight.

Midsole Drop: 8mm. Classified as a mid-drop measurement, it pushes your foot forward to support a more natural mid/forefoot movement.

Lower: UA HOVR™ cushioning absorbs the impact of every step, stride and jump and puts springy energy under every forward movement. UA TriBase™ sole promotes natural motion while maximizing ground contact to keep you steady on your feet.

I love these training shoes! They're sturdy, comfortable and made a huge difference from my basic walking shoes while lifting and working out.

beautiful but too loose and bouncy for crossfit

I've been wearing the UA Project Rock sneakers for like 10 years since I began crossfit... I've been loyal to the UA brand due to the great look, ankle fit and support plus military discount... anyhoo...I needed a replacement. I purchased these and I am so disappointed they are so loose on top and so bouncy for my crossfit workouts... :-( I tried thick socks and tightening the laces- but feels like I'm falling off. I even threw off my back after yesterday's workout. So sad, I just ordered the UA Project Rock 8 Vet's Day -hopefully that'll work for me.

Great shoe when I tried it on.

Bummed it is just a tad small in length. My first try at Under Armour shoe, so maybe this brand runs small. I'm an 8.5N and 8M in Nike, Adidas, and Hoka works every time. Will try the 8.5.

Perfect for being on your feet for long hours

Love Love Love

Love these shoes! Would love to see them offered in other bright color options as well like a dark blue/light blue/green option similar to the Pink/Purple/Orange ones. Extremely comfortable! I received tons of compliments on them already and I just got them.

Can never go wrong with Under Armour shoes
