Nordstrom loses returned items then refuses refund
Nordstrom delivery research based in India confirmed receipt of my return wool & cashmere coat but said as the location of the coat could not be determined, refused to refund. BUYER BEWARE. This is completely outrageous that I have proof of FedEx returned item - single item in box -- and Nordstrom confirms this but refuses to refund because they lost the item.
In addition, the quality of this coat is not up to St. John's previous quality, similar to many other current pieces of St. John collection
