ugh!

I purchased these for myself as a little treat and they were delivered today and the company sent me the wrong earrings! It’s incredibly frustrating and since these are not sent from Nordstrom there is a different return policy. So now I have to inconvenience myself and drive back to the store to return the earrings I never ordered in first place.

ugh!

Wrong earrings x2

I received the incorrect earrings. Thinking it was a simple error, re-ordered and again, received the incorrect earrings! I’m really disappointed as I liked and wanted these earrings but am not ordering a third time. I saw other reviews with the same issue.

Twisted Hoop Earring

I am returning the earrings as the v-shaped holder for the clasp was too wide and would let the clasp hold the earring securely. The earrings are very nice and I was disappointed to have to return them.
