Super cute but itchy
I love the look of the skirt - super cute and flirty, but still professional-looking. I'm rating it 3 stars though because the material is beyond itchy. The skirt is unlined and the seams and waistband immediately started to irritate my skin. Wish that it was lined or made with a slightly less coarse weave. If you don't mind wearing a slip or pantyhose its probably fine.
