love this bag

Really loving the Haversack bag. It’s got the perfect slouch on the shoulder and is surprisingly roomy. Giving it 4 stars because the turn lock in the middle is already showing wear after only a few months of intermittent use. When I recieved the bag it also still had the security tag attached.

it is a good bag

Not sure why it got a bad review when it's not Coach's fault. The bag is great, roomy and practical. The flaps take time to get used to, and it does fit a bit bulky on my shoulder. But it's a great bag. Definitely worth it if you can justify it. Would be a great bag for Fall season, too.
