I would give it 5 because you can’t beat Tumi products but the cross body does not quite work.
It is more for fanny pack.. then it is also long around for a person say size 4.
I was disappointed in the cross body ( straps angled wrong for nice fit. But the fabric, zippers, and pockets great!!

My Favorite TUMI Bag Yet!
I have 2 other small TUMI bags which have been well-loved but I think this is my favorite. I got the mauve color. I like that it is designed horizontally more than my older ones, makes it easier to find things and looks good on. I don’t wear it around the waist although I hear that’s back in style lol
I wear it cross-body and the bag hits at about my waist, and I have free hands.

perfect travel handbag
I carried this all over Italy as a sling bag as I was advised not to carry a traditional handbag. The gold elevates the look & all the compartments are fantastic for carrying all sorts of things. There is a pocket for credit cards. I will use this for travel in US too.
