Tulle Off the Shoulder A-line Dress with Rhinestones

I couldn’t even take this dress out of the box. The dress is described as a tulle off the shoulder dress with “rhinestones” and in reality it is iridescent flecks of rainbow glitter. This dress is more appropriate for a toddler than a mother of the bride. When I returned the dress to my local Nordstrom, the associate cackled when she opened the box. I’m glad I wasn’t the only one who found it laughable. The style had so much potential, yet the sparkles cheapened the whole look, more Walmart quality which is not what I was expecting. Save this one for Prom ladies.

I had a lot of hope for this dress until it arrived. The sparkle in the photo looks like small silver specs (like glitter on the tulle). Reality? Multi-colored plastic crystals stuck everywhere. Couple that with the fact that it runs large, this is immediately going back. Really expensive for something that looks and feels very cheap.
