Fixed pinched nerve issue
I've been waking up with numb hands and pain going down my arms off and on for over a year. More on than off. Is been painful and annoying. I've seen a doctor and having a more "giving" and less firm mattress is something he suggested. I've been sleeping on this mattress topper on top of my five year old original T&N mattress for a week now and I've yet to wake up with numbness in my hands or pain in my arms. It's been fabulous and SO much more comfortable. I can barely make myself get out of bed in the morning, it's so nice. The topper is very squishy but it doesn't feel like a marshmallow. I sink in just enough to stop any bits of the body that stick out like shoulders and hips to not feel pressure.
We've had one of two warm nights and I haven't been too hot. It does feel warmer, though. I usually sleep with a down comforter year around and I'll probably have to get a lighter blanket for this summer. I feel like that's a small price to pay for not being in pain every morning.
I have the topper under the fitted sheet and mattress protector. Those seem to be holding it in place well enough. I haven't had to push it back into place. I did let the topper sit in a well ventilated room for 24 hours before using it. It had a bit of a smell when I first unboxed it, but that went away fast. I can't find any cons with this mattress topper so far, only pros.

Nicely made - poor fit and bunches up
Bought this for a king size bed - it is well made and comfortable - well, most of the time it's comfortable. First issue was that it's slightly short for the bed - I've tried it in different directions but it's always short by about 3 inches. I figured that might just be due to packaging and gave it a shot - it's still too short and now it bunches up on itself and doesn't lie flat. When I change our sheets, I straighten/flatten everything and it's fine for a few days but then it bunches again. It's gotten to be very annoying and was not worth the price.

Comfy, but moves around
This topper has definitely added life to our old mattress! Good balance between firm and squish: takes the lumps out of side-sleeping but doesn’t feel like falling into quicksand when on your back. As other reviews have said, this topper has no straps so it WILL move around. Having to readjust every few days does not bother us, but worth noting for others.

Moves constantly. Sleeps HOT
I added this to my T&N Mint mattress to address some shoulder and hip soreness that wakes me up and I have to turn over. This topper did help, and it's comfortable after I got used to the sunk-and-stuck in mashed potatoes feeling (the Mint mattress is nice in that it's easy to move around on. I miss that). There's two fatal flaws:
1) There is NO grip on the bottom of the cover. It's actually quite slick. It slides around nightly.
2) It sleeps hot. Not at first, but it oddly gets hot. Another Mint benefit removed.
I'm a few weeks in, and debating keeping it or returning it. Additionally, I can't fathom paying full price for this thing - wait for a sale if you're considering it, in my opinion.
