Triomphe 52mm Oval Sunglasses

I purchased these online. When they arrived, the sunglasses were not in the box. I called Nordstrom immediately to let them know and they DENIED my refund. I've been a loyal Nordstrom card member for several years and this is unacceptable. I have Ring footage to show the timeline of events and will be disputing the charge with my CC. I would caution you to order as clearly there is some internal theft going on.

Unfortunately, I was sent a fraudulent pair of sunglasses. I actually own a pair in brown, and wanted black. The shades were significantly lighter in weight, the logo was thin/ the gold was the wrong color and the font of the serial number was different. I returned in store and the associates confirmed the shades were fake. Incredibly disappointed a trusted store, such as Nordstrom would sell fraudulent items. If I didn’t already own a pair, I would have paid full price for a fake item.

I ordered two pairs of sunglasses from Nordstrom, but I never received them. According to Nordstrom, the package was delivered to a 'mail room,' which doesn't exist at my address. I asked for delivery confirmation, such as a photo, which is a standard proof of delivery, but they said no such photo was available. Despite this, they refused to issue a refund, insisting that their records showed the items were delivered. When I asked where exactly the package was left, they couldn’t provide any additional information or delivery proof. They simply repeated that their system showed the package had left the facility, and therefore, they couldn’t offer any refund. It feels like they are placing all the responsibility on the customer rather than investigating the issue or ensuring proper delivery. Unfortunately, this experience has left me unwilling to shop with Nordstrom again due to their unwillingness to resolve this problem.
