Trail 15 Leather Crossbody Bag

I expected her to be tiny but she’s really tiny tiny. All that may fit inside are probably keys, mini compact powder, lip liner, & gloss. Love her shape, color, & the silver chain strap. However, she did not come with a dust bag.. I’ve noticed Nordstrom has been lacking with providing proper packaging for luxury items that I have purchased.

The salesperson, Kalgi, was very helpful with my purchases of 2 bags. However, I felt like I was under surveillance from one of your other employees. I didn’t ask for his name but he was a black male wearing a black and white striped shirt. I noticed him circling around me, and made what could’ve been a relaxing shopping experience extremely uncomfortable. When I go into higher end stores, I don’t ever receive that type of treatment. This employee needs to go back into training because if he continues this, it’ll drive potential customers away.
