Never got the item and Nordstrom refuses to refund
I ordered this item, and it was delivered to the wrong address. The carrier even took a delivery photo, which clearly shows that it is not my building or my unit. I submitted this delivery evidence directly from the carrier, yet Nordstrom is refusing to issue a refund.
So apparently, I paid for an item that was handed off to some random person, and Nordstrom’s response is simply, “the delivery happened, so we’re not responsible.” That is completely unacceptable. A delivery to the wrong address is not a successful delivery, and I should not be held accountable for the carrier’s mistake.
This situation is incredibly frustrating and disappointing, especially from a company I expected better customer service from.
