T-Monogram Jacquard Crescent Shoulder Bag

I am extremely disappointed with my recent purchase from Nordstrom. The bag I received appeared to be a display or previously used item, not a brand-new product. It was simply placed into a dust bag and then boxed, which is unacceptable for a new purchase. When purchasing a handbag-especially at Nordstrom-I expect to receive a brand-new item, not a display bag or something that has already been handled. If an item is not new, that should be clearly disclosed prior to shipping, and the customer should be contacted before fulfillment. That did not happen in this case. As a result, I will be returning the item. This experience fell well below the standard of quality and service I expect from Nordstrom, and I am very disappointed that a used or display item was sent without notice.
