LOVELY PURSE WITH AN ODOR ISSUE
The purse is nice and the compartments allow you to fit a nice amount of items inside.
THE ISSUE IS WITH THE INSIDE ODOR. THERE'S AN ODOR IN THE INSIDE OF THE PURSE THAT SMELLS LIKE CIGARETTES.
I have sprayed purfume inside the purse to no avail.
THE CLASP THAT LOCKS THE PURSE COMES OPEN PERIODICALLY.
The purse itself is really nice, but the smell is unacceptable.
This issue was brought out by other reviews, but I thought they were being picky. I guess i was wrong.
THE QUALITY OF TORY BURCH PURSES HAS GONE DOWN RECENTLY.

Beautiful bag but…
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love this bag, it’s so pretty but I have a lot o issues with the snap clip, it’s not strong enough, It opens quickly exposing everything I have inside, unfortunately I used it a month after receiving it and I didn't have time to return it in time, now I realize that the price dropped by 40 dollars, it was just wasted money

Has a terrible smell for this price their quality control needs to be better. Will be returning it sad, it’s a beautiful bag but the clasp is too flimsy too.

Perfect Neutral
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s a perfect everyday purse, but also can be dressed up. Love the two sections of the inside to keep everything organized. The back pocket is great for sticking my phone in it when running errands and wanting it in easy reach. Really have loved it!

Personally, I love how it was designed., especially the small letter t is around the circle. It has a meaning.!!! In short I really love the logo!!! Pls don’t change it!!!
