Pierced Mule (Women)

I wish I could keep these, but the heel area is as hard as a brick and the leather around the foot is stiff. Would also definitely need to take sandpaper to the bottom, as the are super slick and slippery. The "PLUM" color is as pictured, but misleading as it is really just a dark brown. For the price, would expect the hardware to also be a little nicer. Inside of shoe says "Made in China". Design is gorgeous, but needs some production tweaks to make it worth it.

For the price, I expected higher quality leather. It is pretty stiff. As another reviewer noted, the platform is hard, and if your heel doesn't sit on it just right, it would be incredibly uncomfortable. As a result, I'm trying to size down half a size to see if that will work, because I do love the design. It would fill a huge gap in my closet.

These shoes are massively uncomfortable; it is like walking on hockey pucks with the tip of the inverted heel digging into where my arches meet my heels. Trust me, I am all for the idea that beauty is pain and sometimes sacrificing comfort for fashion... but these are not even semi-tolerable, let alone a shoe I can wear all day. I have high arches (the top bit of the shoe was tight but comfortable) and ordered both a 7.5 and an 8; neither of the sizes was comfortable. Do not be fooled by the sponsored reviews. The one star is only for how cute the shoes are and how much I wish these were at least semi-tolerable. If your curious about sizing and are in between sizes like I am, I would go for the larger size so it is a bit more comfortable.
