Beautiful purse, but I didn't receive!
I purchased this beautiful purse because I am obsessed with Tory Burch purses. Sadly, the item was delivered, but I never received it. Nordstrom will not give me a refund. I fell in love with this purse when I saw it at TB store, but it wasn't on sale then. Amazing price! Hope I can resolve my issue.

Rude associates
The measurements were not available on the website. Even if it states there is only one size, please list the actual measurements. This turned out to be a very small handbag although very attractive. It’s a waste of time bc I then have to go and return it for a refund. Nordstrom is getting very rude from their associates when returning an item- even when not used and within the acceptable time frame. It happened to me three times. Each time they were extremely rude. I am not shopping at Nordstrom for my next handbag. If you had made the measurements available I would not have had to deal with rudeness on my returns.

Perfect little purse
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The color is a perfect taupe, and I love that you can wear it many different ways… It is the perfect size for going out night on the town or date night. The only complaint I have is why aren't there any more colors!

It is rather narrow, so it fits my iPhone lipstick and compact comfortably. This is not a bag where you can put a wallet in.
