Charlie Quilted Leather Drawstring Shoulder Bag

I was excited about this drop, and it’s a beautiful bag. Unfortunately, the first thing I noticed when unwrapping it was that the glue was already showing signs of peeling. Disappointed with its quality.

The bag is very nice I love the style but I don’t like how Nordstrom packaging so poor, I just got clear plastic bags no dust bags and anything else that supposed to come with it and also having two scratches at the bag of it. I will return it and order from Tory Burch vs same price.

BEWARE ORDERED FOR RESTOCKED THE BAG CAME USED. Not wrapped of stuffed completely opened. Called customer service horrible experience no accommodation and did not care. Ask for a supervisor I was sent to a lead twice told supervisor would call back before 3 pm est of course no call back. Worst retail experience. The photos is exactly how the bag arrived.

This is a FYI- I received this bag yesterday without proper wrapping, no tag, and wrapped in plastic labeled “used”. It is visibly warn, areas of wear on the leather, pulling interior and trash in the pocket. I also suspect it may be fake/replica due to poor quality indicative general. I contacted Nordstrom and they just asked for it to be returned so please beware when ordering and check your bag over when you get it.

Love this bag quality is amazing the leather is soft it’s definitely a good everyday bag that fits all the essentials.
