Great Desk to Dinner Dress
Really cute! This dress just arrived today and haven't had the chance to wear it yet so i cannot comment on that aspect yet. HOWEVER it is very flattering and edgy in a simple effortless way. Perfect dress for desk to dinner! Material is silky soft with a sort of suede feel. Fits TTS. The photo does not do it justice, search for photos of it in other colors to get a better idea of what it will look like.

Not as pictured!!
The color and feel of fabric are beautiful. But the dress is not at ALL like the picture. (1) There's a seam that runs from left shoulder down to right hip, and that seam is supposed to be covered by the folds of some weird rouching... except those folds don't stay folded since the fabric is soft and heavy. So all you see is this large seam running across the entire front of the dress. (2) There's a slit in the FRONT of the dress. It's not asymmetrical as pictures, with the left side/leg being longer than the right. It has 2 pieces/flaps that cross in the front, which is cute, but it's an entirely different dress than shown. The seam is an absolute deal breaker, looks terrible. I'm really disappointed in Nordy's for not QC'ing the product against the photos.

inconsistent quality.
I am 5'2 125lbs for reference. I ordered this item 5 months ago. Size 8 green. It was too big and way too long on me. However the quality of the material felt rich. It was heavy and slinky as described. I returned it and didn't reorder because I wasn't up for alterations. Fast forward 5 months. I saw it in purple and decided to reorder in size 6 willing to alter it now. It fits but the dress quality is closer to t-shirt material than the original heavier weight that I had received. It also is much shorter and there is no need to alter. It's definitely not the same quality dress that I had received before but I might keep it for what it is. It is soooo leightweight that it might work as a good dress to pack for travel. But, I am really unhappy with the inconsistency of the product. This version is more of a casual material meant for day and barely worth $55. The original one definitely would have worked for a night out.

Beautiful dress and color...very odd fit
I usually wear an 8 in Top Shop, but since the material seemed thin, I bought both an 8 and a 10. Unfortunately, neither one of them fit properly! The 8 was too tight around the neck and my thighs, the 10 had excess material around my stomach area and looked sloppy. I'm 5'7" and weigh 152 - very proportionate.
Unfortunately I had to return both...

Amped Up Midi Dress
I returned this because it was a little too thin but I liked the shaping. The length is perfect and the fit is snug so you'll need to be ready to go without underneath to avoid lines.

nice fabric, poor fit.
The fabric is really nice but it doesn't drape well. It hugs 'all the wrong curves'. It felt slightly snug but I think that the next size up would have been way too big. Overall, it's comfortable but unfortunately was unflattering. The dress has been returned. For reference, I am a 5'4", thinnish-athletic build, 138# female and bought a size US 6.
