How to use: Begin by priming your eyelids. Define the crease with a matte shade using a fluffy blending brush. Place the brush tip in the crease and, starting from the outer corner, lightly buff to the inner corner. Layer for color intensity. Apply your choice of eyeshadow onto the eyelid using a flat eyeshadow brush. For shimmer shades, apply using a clean fingertip to intensify shimmer.
