Comfortable boots
I’m surprised these boots have only one star. I just bought a pair, and although I normally wear a size 7, I sized up half a size because I’ll be wearing thicker boot socks. I have to say, they are super, super comfortable, and I’m so happy I purchased them. They’re elegant, stylish, and incredibly comfortable.

Never got package
I’d like to make a review but I can’t since UPS is incompetent every time delivering to the WRONG DOOR. and also didn’t supply a delivery photo so they’re making it extremely difficult to right their wrong. They’re waiting on a response from Nordstrom. It’s a whole mess and of course I bought the LAST ITEM for my size -__- so upsetting. And it’s impossible to find an option to even chat with you guys no email nothing. So how do I reach your support??
