Disappointment
First of all, you don't get what you see on the picture (re: black and white item)...item is lightly different however, it's not a dealbreaker. What I think is bad it's the design default. The panty will not flatten on your front. It's bulging out around the crotch area. Very unflattering and cheap looking. There is no double lining on the underwear which is bad and will allow leakage. I wouldn't recommend this item.

Great for stress incontinence.

Part that absorbs blood does not cover enough area
I like the idea, but the part of the underwear that is supposed to absorb the blood, does not go up high enough in the front. It needs like an inch, maybe an inch and a half more. When I wear pads blood basically gets all the way up to the top of the underwear from being slept in and moved around etc, so I would not trust this period underwear by itself. Would definitely still wear a tampon or a pad, which defeats the purpose. I think the back half is fine and covers enough. The measuring tape shows where it ends, and I think it needs to be up to the 2" mark at least.
