What it does: Designed to give skin a matte finish without looking flat, cakey or dry, this foundation features soft-focus microsphere powders to blur imperfections. Wear-extending pigments provide buildable medium-to-full coverage. Its soft, silky texture is ultra-blendable, and its formula contains hyaluronic acid, too. Color-true for up to 24 hours, this foundation won't settle into fine lines and resists sweat and humidity.
How to use: Apply to clean or primed skin. Using a foundation brush, work from the center of your face outward to build coverage as desired.

I am 52 years old. As we age our skin changes & we wake up one day, look in the mirror, & the make up that we have used for 20-25 plus years ago! But where do you start? What do you try? Serum? Matte? Semi Matte? Luminous? And so many more. I have literally tried EVERYTHING! Then I took the plunge & bought this foundation. And omgeee!
I have rosacea & this picture is with only 2 pumps from this TF bottle/dispenser. AMAZING. I avoided anything matte before but then I learned that matte helps blur fine lines & pores….the things that are issue as we age. But this is semi matte! It’s very fluid. So I put 1 pump on the back of my hand and a dab dots around my face. I can use one pump & that cover my face completely but I prefer a tad bit more coverage. I have never in my life had a foundation that covered all of my redness & did not look thick. This is a first!!! I put this on & it just looks like my skin. That’s hard to explain unless you use it. If your on the fence because of price…a lot goes A LONG WAY & you will not regret my recommendation! I will be a forever customer now!

Really bad
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is one of the worst foundations I’ve tried in a long time. Even with my normal primers, it sank into and accentuated every pore, dimple, and fine line. I needed to use a lot to build any sort of coverage, and it WOULD NOT stay on my nose. It managed to disappear from any place where I used powder products, and within a couple hours it was practically melted off my face. Not a fan at all.

Amazing foundation
I bought this foundation on a whim after seeing in a video. Trust me, $89 for a foundation is outrageous on my meager budget. I wasn’t even sure if I chose the correct color. When it arrived yesterday, I made sure to keep the box and receipt so I could return this overpriced item. I wasn’t wearing any make up because I wear a mask at work. Even without primer, the makeup went over my skin like silk and did not settle into my pores or fine lines. The shade I ordered, 2.7, blended beautifully, making my skin look even and smooth. I waited an hour to see if it would oxidize but it did not. I was actually sorry when I had to wash the make up off because it looked so good!
I should probably give this foundation four stars because of the high cost, but honestly, at 63 years old age, it’s hard to find a good foundation. This is the best I have found so far.

Porcelain skin
Amazing medium to high coverage foundation! I used to use La Mer's foundation, which is great, but was too heavy for my taste, especially in warmer months. I also tried Chanel's foundations and concealers, but those were more like tints and didn't provide the fuller coverage I wanted when trying to look really polished. The Tom Ford product is amazing -- it has a nice, matte finish but isn't drying to the skin.

I have been searching high and low for the right foundation. I'm not in my 20's anymore -- and I haven't found a foundation for my not so perfect skin -- until NOW. This has the consistency of a beauty balm, and just enough diffusion to look like my REAL SKIN ONLY BETTER! I highly recommend buying this traceless soft matte foundation if you want to have skin that looks naturally perfect -- not painted on -- but your real skin.

Absolute Best Foundation
This is by far the most advanced foundation I have ever used. No matter what my day entails, this stuff does not disappoint! I can sweat my rear end off in a 55 minute HITT class and still look fabulous when I walk out! Don’t let the price scare you this stuff is worth it. Another cool feature is that as you use it it has a plunger system inside that pushes the remaining foundation up! So no wasting!

Soft diffused look
One of my new faves! Love the finished look - soft matte, indeed. It strikes the perfect balance of matte and dewy. Works for my combination/sensitive skin. One star off for the plastic bottle. I don't like the fact that the foundation is in contact with the plastic and then I put it on my skin. We don't know if it's BPA free or what. Unless it's medical or food-grade, please stay away from plastic materials.
