Nice bag, but uncomfortable straps
I bought this for my daughter, to use a travel and work bag. The bag was very appealing when we took it out of the packing, but the shoulder straps cut into her shoulders. One feature that decreased the capacity within the bag was that there were no bottle holders outside the main section. We will be returning it.
