No manufacturer warranty included
This is a beautiful watch but the experience of purchasing at Nordstrom wasn't great. It came without the manufacturer warranty card that all Tissot ADs should include, and when trying to activate the warranty online using the serial number, I got an error message. I had to contact Tissot's customer service directly and after asking for pictures and other information, they were able to activate the warranty.
I was ready to return the watch if that didn't work.

Lovely watch, makes you look great. But the packaging was horrendous. Watch wasn’t secured so it was moving around in packaging. Extra links that came with the watch were all scratched up. Shame, otherwise I’d give it 4 stars
